Today, Just Indie Art is featuring the debut album of artist David Kravitz. With a collection of 13 songs titled You Were Born With No Reason To Be, the artist has crafted a truly riveting album. It opens with Sodom, which features a refreshing arrangement and a tonality that transcends current conventional musical paradigms. The vocals are subdued yet effective, and the subtle peppiness adds a distinct vibrancy.
Just Another Stupid Song has a humorous title, but the song itself is quite the opposite of what the title suggests. It offers a unique sojourn compared to the other tracks on the album. While the vocal tonality remains consistent, David’s creative flair is clearly — or shall we say audibly — evident in the melodic structure.
Overall, we were impressed by the album. Other notable tracks include Mon Amor and Paradox. The album leaves a lingering musical fragrance long after the last note fades. There’s an unconventional style throughout, with occasional nods to music from a bygone era. Yet, David Kravitz walks confidently in a musical realm entirely his own, taking listeners on a truly unique journey.
We highly recommend his album, now streaming on Spotify.
